Sunrise Sunrise

I was humbled this morning.

In the midst of stumbling around downstairs desperately drowning in my morning cup of coffee, I looked up. My blurry eyes started to clear and I realized what I was looking at. One of the most glorious sunrises I had seen in a while.

I was completely humbled by God’s beauty and grace in our lives. I so often hurry around and forget to stop and smell the roses. That we wake up each and every morning to this, to God’s ultimate masterpiece. More beautiful than anything we can create with needle and thread, with canvas and acryclic, even with photographs. And it is right there, greeting us every morning – saying welcome to the this glorious day in which He has created.
