no, it is still active. I can pull it up just fine.
Some people are having issues accessing my google docs lately though with the recent movement that google has been switching to google+. I am not sure why this is, and have tried to open a discussion in a google forum about it – with no success.
I think it only works now for those who have google+ perhaps. I am sorry.
