Project 52 – Forlorn Window Stare

I don’t know about you, but I have been seeing a lot of this lately…the forlorn window stare:

My Winter glimpse into Motherhood, and every other Mother out there with kids that do not live near the equator.

This past weekend we took pity on them and decided to head out for a fun-filled family day at the Aquarium. It was so much fun to get out and do something, forgetting the cold outside, and to let our kids run around and explore.

We still had a whole bunch of window stares, but at least they weren’t the forlorn kind – lol.

And isn’t this photo just frightening?!! My daughter has no fear…

So with today being Groundhog’s Day, did Punxsutawney Phil see his shadow this morning? Are we in for more window gazing, or a nice early spring? Time to go turn on the news and find out :)
