I have been so honored lately, having been sent the most amazing pictures of the creations you are making using my tutorials. I have a wonderful place where I keep them on my computer, so I can look at them any time I am feeling like getting a little bit of love .
This is one of the many reasons I fell in love with blogging, not only does it give me a creative outlet and keep me going. But knowing that I am helping you to create new things, and learn how to sew just as I did, one tutorial or pattern at a time.
Not only did Grandma make the dress once, but twice. And I am in love with the country flair she added! Check out Ringlein Remnants for more adorable photos from their birthday on the barn!
Louise over at A Bit of an Enthusiast made this adorable Bubble Ruffle Dress for her little ‘un.
I have a weakness for people upcycling old clothing into something new and fabulous! You go girl!!!
Jenn from Ruffled Sunshine shared pictures of her little cutie patootie wearing the Spring Fever Dress…
How adorable are those photos! Model in training…lol
Some Facebook fan love from Heather Swoap…
With Hera’s Peeps shirt, she took it a step further, actually embroidering the name on, as well as adding a little razzle dazzle for the eyes and nose. Love it!
And then I get e-mails too, which always warm my heart as they usually come with a more personal testimony on the project they created. Like this one from Melissa Middlebrook and her daughter Jordan…
She figured out how to grade the Spring fever dress for her 7 year old, and I think she did a great job!!!
I receive so many pictures and love from you all, and I am always touched when you want to share a bit of yourselves with me. I have many, many more pictures that I wish I could have shown. Unfortunately my computer broke while on vacation, so it is in the shop with the file of saved projects. But these are just a few samplings, which I wanted to share with you.
There is still much to learn, but I know we are learning together, and that means the world to me! Thank you so much for sharing a bit of your life, your pictures, and your memories with me. I am honored.
