But without further ado, I give you the Flower Tunic Tutorial.
First, you will need the free pattern found HERE (size 3T).
Once you have the pattern printed out and your fabric cut, simply…
Add embellishments around the neckline if desired…
And there you have it, the perfect lightweight tunic for Summer!
