Next week I will be in New York, and for once I will have ready and willing babysitters (ahem, my Mom & Dad are awesome) to watch all 3 kids!
For the first time in the past 6 years I will be in New York, and I am not breastfeeding, pregnant, or in general have a child that needs to be with me every couple of hours. I am so excited!!!
What does this mean?
I get to go into the NYC Fashion District and browse.
The problem and why I need your help? I have no idea where to go!
It always seemed so overwhelming in the past, that I never bothered much with it. But I am finally ready for the challenge, and I need your help!
Where do you suggest I go? Any stores you love in particular?
Any guidance and feedback you can give would be greatly appreciated!!!

Mood. The store they go to on Project Runway
I vote for Mood too..go and let us know how it is. <3 I see it on Project Runway and it looks like a DREAM shop for anyone who sews or crafts!
Paron is one of my favorites. I believe they have moved in the past several months, so research the address if you decide to go. Mood has a tremendous about of fabric and it may be a bit intimidating – but there is the Project Runway factor so you almost HAVE to go there! Have fun!

Fabric at Mood is great, but generally pretty spendy. Fun to look though. You must go to M&J trimming. It will drive you insane. You will want everything.
