Last Days of Summer…

One of the perks about living in a beach town, is the Boardwalk. Locals stay away from it during the Summer months, but come September we celebrate. The days are gorgeous, with temperatures typically in the upper 70s. The waves are larger due to the changing weather, the wind is refreshing, and the Boardwalk is empty.

We like to take advantage of this time, because we know before long the glorious days of Fall will be over and Winter is coming (Game of Thrones anyone? Lol). Which everyone loves at first, but at some point you start to long for days like this…

So in case you were ever wondering what Virginia Beach looks like once the Summer is over, its glorious.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and until next time…

Happy Sewing!
