Personal Fabric Shopper

The other week I was looking at my fabric stash and was completely uninspired. I had to switch it up a bit. The problem was, I kept buying the same stuff over and over. I was in a rut.  After admiring some of my friend’s blogs, and my constant love for their fabric choices – it hit me.

I ‘needed’ a personal fabric shopper. After all, why not have some fun with it?

I reached out to the lovely and ever so talented Jess from Craftiness is Not Optional and asked if she would be game to play. Hard sell – right? Ummm…so can I send you some money and you can go fabric shopping for me? Lol – tough, I know.

I just love the fabric she is always showcasing and find myself constantly asking her, ‘What’s the name of that fabric?!!’ Her eye for fresh, fun, clean, vintage yet modern fabric is spot on, and I just knew I would love anything she would pick out!

I was so very excited when I received her mystery package in the mail!  I felt like a kid on Christmas morning!!!

*Swoon

Not only did I love what she picked out, but I simply needed to know where she purchased all of this goodness from!  Turns out Jess has a fabulous on-line fabric store that she shops at called My Fabric Store.

What she doesn’t know is that it is now one of my fabric stores too…

I am such a fabric junkie, but I just couldn’t help myself! Did you see those birds, did you see them???

I have already started using some of this fabric deliciousness and I cannot wait to share what I have made with you!!!

Budget = 0, Fabric Addiction = 1.
I still call that a win.

Thank you again Jess for playing along, I sure had a lot of fun with this! You can be my personal fabric shopper anytime :)

    That’s such a cute idea! Jess really does always use the cutest fabrics. She better watch out, or she’ll be fabric shopping for a whole slew of other bloggers! How traumatic ;D
