Yesterday I was feeling a bit down, and whenever that happens I know it is time to get the focus off of myself. I started to think of who I could help, how I could try to bless someone else.
Shortly after that I checked my inbox and saw a lovely e-mail inviting me to an event that would benefit a woman currently in Stage 4 Cancer. Things like that are so humbling, here I am complaining over mediocre issues in every day life – and there are so many people battling for their very lives. Not only did I respond positively to attending the event, but I wanted to make something – be it ever so trivial – that might be used to lift up those in attendance.
I think it is so important that every woman know just how beautiful they are, inside and out. That we are made perfect in Christ. And even when we are going through life’s toughest storms, we are worthy and made to endure.
I know I cannot even begin to comprehend this woman’s struggle, like so many others out there. But if there is any small way we can help – we will.
I made up a small printable, the size of a simple 8.5″ x 11″ piece of paper. Simply click the image below to print it out via Google Docs. To get the image on fabric there are one of two options, image transfer paper or InkJet printing directly onto the fabric.

Thanks so much for stopping by, and until next time…Happy Sewing.
